Lynne Boisineau focuses her practice on trademark prosecution, counseling, enforcement and licensing, as well as providing trademark litigation support. Lynne assists clients with all stages of securing trademark protection, with an emphasis on the selection and enforcement of trademarks, domestically and internationally, and the formulation of worldwide trademark protection and registration strategies. Lynne has extensive experience in managing large US and international trademark portfolios, and has been involved in numerous Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings (oppositions, cancellations, ex parte appeals), litigation and litigation support for cases involving trademarks, unfair competition, right of publicity, and copyrights.
